The Finder’s Fee of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000.00) shall be paid ONLY to the Referral Agent (Real Estate Agent, Person or Entity) named in the Referral Section of this Registration Form dated the [date] and prepared by Edward Soon and Company. The Vendor will not be contractually obligated to any person or entity that is not named in the Referral Section and shall not honor any request for the Finder’s Fee made by any person or entity submitted AFTER this date of [date] via any other medium alternative to this Registration Form.

• Step 1: Visit www.owpartmentsauction.com
• Step 2: Click on the register link.
• Step 3: Fill out the registration form and click the “Register” button.
• Step 4: Check your email inbox for further instructions.
• Step 5: Check for an email from “OWP Apartments Auction”.
• Step 6: Click the Wipay Link to make payment of $500TTD using your credit card (Visa/Mastercard)
• Step 7: Payments are manually verified. Once verified your account will be active and you can login with your email address (username) and password.
• Step 8: Once logged in, you can click on the LIVE AUCTION page to view the Live Stream auction in real time on the scheduled auction date and time.
• Step 9: Click the “Place Bid via Whatsapp” button before the Auction beings. This will initiate a WhatsApp conversation with us. Send us your Full Name & E-mail Address. Our team will assign a BID NUMBER to you.
• Step 10: Your BID NUMBER will be used to identify you and your bids. When the auction begins you can place bids by simply messaging the amount via Whatsapp.
